Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure the peak freshness of our artisanal truffles and chocolates, all orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs as needed. We process shipments Monday through Thursday to prevent weekend transit delays in non-refrigerated facilities.
